Prices are per home per month, exclusive of GST. A society is billed on the number of homes on its register when the plan starts.

About the money
Is there a setup fee?
No. Loading your towers, flats and residents is a spreadsheet import you can do yourself, and we will help if the sheet is awkward.
What happens after the trial?
The society keeps working and we ask for the plan to be confirmed. Nothing is deleted while a committee decides.
Can we change plan later?
Yes, either way. The change applies from the next period.
How do residents' payments reach us?
Straight to the society's own bank account by UPI, which the office matches off the statement. A gateway can be added later; money never sits with us.
Do you charge for the guard's screen or the vendor portal?
No. They are part of the society's own site.
