A privacy request
A resident can download their own data, or ask for it to be erased, from inside their society's console under Account → Privacy. The society answers it; we hold nothing separately.
Something is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened — with the time and the page. That is usually enough to find it in the logs without asking you anything further.
